Planning Your Migration to a Virtual Appliance Installation
LiveAction has offered the Virtual Appliance deployment option since the release of LiveNX 5.0. This notification is intended to provide the opportunity to plan for your migration to the Virtual Appliance deployment option. In order to make this transition as easy as possible, the following support is available to assist you:
• LiveAction will provide an upgrade path from 6.1 Installer to 6.2 Virtual Appliance (OVA or OVF)
• With the release of 6.3 (expected: Oct. 2017), there will be no direct upgrade path from the Installer to the Virtual Appliance
• Maintaining an active LiveAction maintenance plan will provide access to the LiveAction Technical Support Team to provide assistance with your migration
